Returns & Refunds

At Carla-Bianchi.com, all products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size or color, or if you change your mind after purchase.

However, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

To request this, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged item.

If an issue affects multiple items with the same design, we may ask for an additional photo or video showing all affected products in one frame for verification.

Please note:

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect size or color selections.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery (wrong address, unclaimed package, etc.), you may request a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are normal and will not be considered defects.
