4. Orders and Production
All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printify.
Once an order is placed:
Payment is processed immediately via Stripe
Orders may only be canceled within a short time window before entering production
Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, which means cancellation requests must be submitted promptly.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD
Prices are displayed excluding taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time
In the event of a pricing error:
We reserve the right to correct the error
We may cancel any affected order and issue a refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping times are estimates only:
Production: typically 2–5 business days
Shipping (USA): typically 3–5 business days
Delays may occur due to factors such as seasonality or demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for failed delivery
Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense
In case of unsuccessful delivery (unclaimed package, wrong address, etc.), additional fees may apply
If a package is lost in transit:
We will investigate the issue
A replacement or solution may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Returns and Refunds
All products are made to order. As such:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
Incorrect size or color selection
Change of mind
We only offer replacements or refunds if:

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery, including clear photo evidence.
No return of the defective item is required.
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products:
Slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are considered normal and not defects.

By placing an order, you agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback.
In the event of abusive or fraudulent chargebacks:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
Administrative fees may be charged
We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence.
